911 call leads to arrest of Princeton man on Trespassing charge.

On February 16, 2020, at 12:45 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 call from a residence in the 5000 block of West State Road 64 near Princeton, Indiana. The caller reported that 39-year-old Matthew Greer was on their property and was refusing to leave. Deputy Bryce Jutzi and Deputy George Ballard were dispatched to the scene to investigate the incident. Upon arriving Deputy Jutzi learned from the caller that Mr. Greer had been no trespassed from the property by another deputy in the past. Deputy Jutzi then went to speak with Mr. Greer and at the conclusion of his investigation he placed Mr. Greer into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Greer was charged with Trespassing. He has since posted a $650 bond.

Assisting Deputy Jutzi and Deputy Ballard in this investigation as Princeton Officers J.D. Clark, Jay Riley, and Jason Swan.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
