Several surrounding townships are investigating reports of motor vehicle burglaries that occurred overnight. The Denville Township Police Department wants to remind you to remember your #9pmroutine and ensure that your vehicles and homes are locked each night before going to bed. In addition, any valuables should be removed from your vehicle or at least hidden out of sight. This includes handheld electronics, credit cards and loose change. You should never leave any pocketbooks, wallets or keys in the vehicle. By performing the #9pmroutine every night, you greatly reduce your chances of becoming a victim.
