* Until 1230 PM CST.
* At 921 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated showers producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to five inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring in some locations. Broadcast media continue to report numerous flooded roads across the warned area. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tyler, Longview, Kilgore, Whitehouse, White Oak, Gladewater, Gilmer, Lindale, Bullard, Jefferson, Big Sandy, Hawkins, Ore City, Clarksville City, East Mountain, Harleton, Berea, Diana, Rosewood and Liberty City. Additional rainfall amounts 1-2 inches are possible in the warned area.
