In addition, with temperatues falling quickly tonight, any wet surfaces and roadways are expected to flash freeze and cause further travel issues.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to midnight CST tonight. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon CST Thursday.
