* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 AM to 6 PM CST Wednesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM Wednesday to noon CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact daytime travel and the evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
