A Winter Weather advisory is in effect for Van Wert County for 3 to 5 inches of snow late Wednesday afternoon thru 7am Thursday morning 
Rain beginning Wednesday afternoon switching to snow Wednesday evening and overnight. There could be some brief periods of freezing rain overnight also which would bring down snowfall totals which is now projected at 3 to 5 inches.
Instructions:
Use caution Wednesday evening & overnight into Thursday morning on snow covered roads.
