Update:  02/07/20:  The victim in this case has been identified as Michael Kirsch, age 23, of Sheboygan.  The case has been referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney's Office and is under review.  The suspect remains in custody on a probation hold during the review. 
 
 
On 02-06-2020, at approximately 2:20 PM, the Sheboygan Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Clara Avenue for a reported disturbance in which a firearm was discharged.  Officers arrived and found that a 23 year old male from Sheboygan was the victim of a gunshot wound and died at the scene.  Witnesses provided information regarding the suspect along with the suspect vehicle that had left the scene.  Shortly thereafter an 18 year old male and a 17 year old female were located and taken into custody by police.  All the subjects inolved in the incident have been identifed and the investigation is ongoing.  The 18 year old male was placed in the Sheboygan County Detention Center on homicide related charges.  The 17 year old female was placed in the Detention Center on drug related charges.  The case will be reviewed by the Sheboygan County District Attorney's Office for a final charging decision on all involved subjects.  The identitiy of the victim will not be released at this time.  There is no threat to the community in connection with this incident as all the subjects involved are known to each other.   Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Sheboygan Police.
