Clay County's Emergency Management has been assessing the area over the last hour and has the following information:
Brasstown Creek and Carter Cove are flooded with areas of standing water around 1ft. Roadways along banks and creeks are littered with debris and heavy standing water. As a reminder, so NOT drive through standing water.
