* WHAT...A wintry mix of freezing rain, sleet and snow. Ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths have already occurred with light additional ice accumulations expected overnight.
* WHERE...Areas near and south of a line from Marion to Ottawa.
* WHEN...Through 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on very slippery conditions on nearly all roads which will impact the Thursday morning commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GRANT ... WELLS ... PUTNAM ... VAN WERT ... BLACKFORD ... ADAMS ... JAY ... ALLEN
