Missing Person - Bonifacio Melendez W/M 86 years old - Last Seen walking on Clear Creek Rd toward Balfour Rd this date at approx 14:00hrs in the vicinity of Cherry Springs Assisted Living Facility and suffers from a cognitive impairment (subject is a resident of Cherry Springs Assisted Living Facility). Melendez was last seen wearing the tan jacket and cap as in this picture. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is ask to contact the Henderson County Sheriff's Office at 828.697.4911.
