The City of St. Louis will test the outdoor warning siren system at 11:00 AM today. This is only a test. Instructions: Go outdoors at 11:00 AM and report whether or not you heard the local siren, along with a location, to the Citizen's Service Bureau at (314) 622-4800 or Twitter @stlcsb
