Traffic stop leads to arrest of Princeton man. 
On February 2, 2020, at 12:58 p.m Deputy U.B. Smith and Deputy Brian Naas conducted a traffic stop on Silver Toyota Camry for an improper lane change on US 41 at SR 168. Upon approaching the vehicle deputies detected the odor of burnt Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. After a brief roadside investigation 27-year-old Klayton Mason, a passenger in the vehicle admitted to possessing the Marijuana. At that point Mr. Mason was placed into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Mason was charged with Possession of Marijuana. He has since posted a $550 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
