...Areas of Dense Fog this Morning... .Areas of dense fog have developed over portions of the Valley. Motorists in the area should be prepared for sudden changes in visibility and longer travel times due to reduced visibility. Conditions are expected to improve later this morning.

* WHERE...Central Sacramento Valley, Southern Sacramento Valley, Carquinez Strait and Delta and Northern San Joaquin Valley Counties.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads impacted include, but not limited to, Interstate 80, Highway 50, Highway 99 and Interstate 5.
