SUSPECT(S): Cody Tarrants, age 27 a transient
Gennifer Brewer, age 41 a transient
Tamara Guardado, age 49 a transient
Georgia Gonzalez, age 22 a transient
Edgar Lockhart, age 55 a resident of Hesperia
Franciso Hernandez, age 34 a resident of Hesperia
Amanda Pinheiro, age 57 a resident of Hesperia
Ian Thomas, age 23 a resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at approximately 4:14 p.m., deputies of the Hesperia Police Department Gang Team served a search warrant at 16069 Pine Street. When deputies arrived at the location, they located a 52-year-old male in need of medical assistance from a suspected drug overdose. Emergency medical personnel responded to the location and transported the male to a local area hospital for treatment. During the service of the search warrant, deputies located suspected heroin, drug paraphernalia, and several subjects under the influence of a controlled substance.
The following eight subjects were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center:
• Cody Tarrants, Gennifer Brewer, Tamara Guardado, and Georgia Gonzalez for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Edgar Lockhart for possession of a dangerous weapon.
• Francisco Hernandez for a felony warrant; battery with serious bodily injury and elder abuse.
• Amanda Pinheiro and Ian Thomas for operating and maintaining a drug house.
