There is a multi-vehicle traffic accident on Rt. 1 (southbound) in the area of the Neshaminy High School that is causing delays. Traffic is limited to one lane in the area. It will be awhile to clean up the vehicles and fluids on the roadway. Avoid the area if possible. Use W. Lincoln and Old Lincoln Highways as alternates routes.
