Update: Family members of the child were alerted to our social media posts and the child's mother responded to the scene. She has been reunited with her family.

At 3:06 p.m. officers responded to Crandall Creek Park on Wabash River Place (Decoto Rd/Fremont Blvd.area) on the report of a found child. The child (photo attached) is about 2 years old.
Officers have been searching the area for the last 30 minutes and have not been able to locate her parents/guardians. Please call 510-790-6800 x 3 if you recognize her or have any information that would help us reunite her with her family.
