On 01/28/2020 at 1:00 am Mark Erickson was seen operating a purple Dodge Neon southbound on Highway 51. The car had a headlamp out. A traffic stop was initiated and Erickson was stopped on Highway 11 just west of Highway 51.
Erickson showed signs of intoxication. Additional investigation was done and Erickson was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI). Erickson’s prior traffic records showed three prior OWI convictions. Erickson was subsequently arrested for OWI 4th offense. He was taken to the Rock County jail where he was held.
