UPDATE: TRAFFIC CRASH E MASON ST @ S WEBSTER AV 
On Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 9:35 p.m., Green Bay Police Officers responded to a serious motor vehicle crash at E. Mason Street and S. Webster Avenue. A Kia Soul had been traveling at a high rate of speed, eastbound E. Mason Street, and struck a pick up truck attempting to turn south from westbound E. Mason Street. Both vehicles sustained severe damage.
The driver of the pick-up truck, a 49-year-old Green Bay man sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital. The driver of the Kia, an 18-year old Marinette man, and his front passenger, a 19-year-old Allouez man, both sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries, and were transported to a local hospital.
Green Bay Police are recommending charges against the 18-year old driver of the Kia for OWI - causing great bodily harm (while under the influence of a controlled substance) and reckless driving – causing great bodily harm.
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS ARE CURRENTLY OUT AT THE INTERSECTION. STOP SIGNS ARE POSTED IN THE INTERSECTION.
