Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose reports that police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the below pictured individuals wanted for questioning in a robbery that occurred on Saturday, January 18, 2020.

A robbery occurred in the area of 2 Park Place, Newark. During the incident the victim’s personal belongings were taken by the suspects. The first suspect was wearing a dark colored sweatshirt with a hood, a grey sweatshirt with a hood under the dark colored sweatshirt, and grey colored sweatpants. The second suspect was wearing a black colored sweatshirt with a hood and dark colored pants.

Detectives investigating this incident are seeking the public’s help in quickly identifying these suspects as part of this investigation. Director Ambrose urges anyone with information about the suspects to call the Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
