On 1/20/2020, Kadee Russell was arrested at the Janesville Police Department related to a drug investigation. Officers previously conducted controlled cocaine buys from Russell in the City of Janesville. As a result of the investigation, Russell was arrested for the following charges:

Delivery of Cocaine 961.41(1)(cm) (2 Counts)
Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Vehicle 961.42(1) (2 Counts)
Possession of Marijuana 961.41(3g)(e)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 961.573
