Scam 
The Sachse Police Department has received information regarding a male and female contacting businesses and private citizens about purchasing magnets to hand out at City of Sachse events. The subjects are portraying themselves to be employees of the City of Sachse. This is a scam; the City of Sachse does not utilize companies for this purpose.
This is also a reminder that all solicitors must be approved through the Sachse Police Department, and their city issued ID must be prominently displayed.
If you receive a phone call regarding this, or are contacted at your residence by someone without a solicitation permit, please contact the Sachse Police Department.
