Attempt to identify Shoplifter. 
On 1/20/20 at approximately 6:53pm, a subject shoplifted a can of spray paint and a painting canvas at the Walmart on Rt.541. The subject then went to the rear of the store and painted the attached image on the rear wall. Please see the attached photos.
