Police Seek the Public's Help in Identifying Robbery Suspect 
Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose reports that police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the below pictured male wanted for questioning in a robbery that occurred on Monday, January 20, 2020.
A victim was assaulted and robbed in the area of 214 Market Street by a male suspect. The suspect is described as having a medium complexion and wearing a necklace, a dark colored jacket with a hood, dark colored hat, and a dark colored shirt with light blue lettering across the chest.
He was last seen fleeing eastbound on Market Street. The male suspect is known to frequent the area of Broad Street and Market Street, Broad Street and Branford Place, and the 7-11 convenience store located at 790 Broad Street.
