Winter Weather Advisory until 07:00PM Saturday

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph in the afternoon.

* WHERE...Southeast Randolph, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Pocahontas Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Power outages are possible due to ice and wind, particularly in the higher elevations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will start as snow or a mix before changing to freezing rain midday Saturday. A change to rain is expected by early evening.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH ... SOUTHEAST POCAHONTAS ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS
