SUSPECT: Douglas Segura Rivas, Hispanic Male, age 27, resident of Fontana
SUMMARY:
On Friday, January 3, 2020, deputies responded to a call for service regarding a male stealing alcohol from Costco in Chino Hills. The suspect stole over $3,000 in high-end alcohol. A report was generated and an investigation was conducted.
On Wednesday, January 15, 2020, the same suspect was observed in Costco. Deputies contacted the suspect and identified him as Douglas Segura Rivas. Segura Rivas was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center for Grand Theft.
