* WHERE...Riverside County Mountains, San Diego County Mountains and San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning Counties. Strongest winds near the mountain crests and upper desert slopes.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel may become hazardous for high profile vehicles traveling along I-8 east of Pine Valley and I-10 through the San Gorgonio Pass.
