* Until 730 AM CST Wednesday.
* At 1037 PM CST, emergency management officials have reported flooded roads and low-lying areas due to the recent heavy rainfall of up to three inches. Motorists are urged to be especially careful tonight and to avoid going around barricades. Do not drive into flood waters.

Instructions:
