Yesterday at approximately 9:45 pm, Officers responded to a rooftop alarm activation at the Pomona Indoor Swapmeet,1600 E. Holt Ave. The police helicopter assisted and confirmed there where subjects on the roof. The subjects attempted to flee but were apprehended when they climbed down. Numerous burglary tools were located on the roof.
The business’s rooftop security system facilitated the prevention of the burglary and rapid police response.
The following suspects were arrested and booked for attempted commercial burglary:
Kyonne Garner (19) of Los Angeles
Jaquan Shaw (21) of Los Angeles
Tyshawn Murphy (21) of Los Angeles
