* WHERE...In Indiana, Newton, Jasper and Benton Counties. In Illinois, La Salle, Grundy, Kankakee, Livingston, Iroquois and Ford Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM CST /11 AM EST/ this morning to 6 PM CST /7 PM EST/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Small tree limbs may be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel will be difficult for high profile vehicles, especially on west to east roadways.
