* WHAT...Areas of northeast winds through early evening of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. For late tonight into Tuesday morning, more localized northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, Riverside County Mountains, Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, San Diego County Mountains and San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The higher winds from earlier today have weakened somewhat, but locally gusty winds will continue through and below passes and canyons and along some of the western foothills as late as early Tuesday morning.
