On January 3, 2020, at approximately 2:20pm the Kern County Sheriff’s Office was called for a victim of a gunshot wound.
Deputies found a 76-year-old man deceased at a residence on the 4000 block of North Chester Avenue.
The investigation is ongoing. The Coroner will determine the cause and manner of death.
