3rd Precinct Executive Officer Lieutenant A. Cruz, along with Community Service Officers M. Silva and R. Barbosa conducted a community walk in the area of Halsey and Bleeker streets. Lt. Cruz provided security tips to business owners and distributed flyers to the citizens in the area. And Officer Barbosa gifted a Star Wars play set to 2-year old Nathan as part of the 3rd Precinct's toy giveaway.
