Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Baltazar Garcia. He is a 60 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen at 21521 S. Vermont Avenue, Torrance, on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at 3:00 a.m.     

Mr. Garcia is described as 5’03, 181 lbs., black hair, and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweater, green stripped shirt, blue jeans, and black sandals/slippers. Mr. Garcia suffers from diabetes and has a reduced mental capacity.  His friends and family are very concerned and ask for the public’s assistance in locating him.
