* WHAT...Sustained southeast to south winds 30 to 40 mph, with gusts near 70 mph.
* WHERE...Fort Tejon, Grapevine Peak, and Lebec.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging wind gusts could blow down trees branches and power lines. A few power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be strong head winds for vehicles traveling southbound on Interstate 5 and strong tail winds for vehicles traveling northbound on Interstate 5.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FORT TEJON
