UPDATE: Mr. Gorman was found sleeping inside a nearby vehicle. He appeared to be in good health but was transported to Simi Valley Hospital as a precaution.

The Simi Valley Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating Mr. Joseph Gorman. Mr. Gorman suffers from dementia and was last seen at his residence on Sun Circle Ct. in Simi Valley on Saturday, December 20, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM.

Mr. Gorman is described as a white male, 76 years of age, 5'11", 190 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark green sweatshirt and tan pants. He wears a medic alert necklace with his home address on it. He frequents parks and has been located at the mobile home park at 195 Tierra Rejada Rd. in the past. He has also been known to hunker down in backyards when he is lost/ confused.

Anyone who comes into contact with Mr. Gorman is asked to notify the Simi Valley Police Department at (805) 583-6950.
