Winter Weather Advisory until 04:00AM Tuesday

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch, with the highest amounts near the Pennsylvania border.

* WHERE...Portions of north-central and northeastern Maryland, especially near the Mason-Dixon line, the northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and portions of the eastern West Virginia Panhandle.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Ice accumulation will be mainly on elevated surfaces, but a few roads, overpasses and sidewalks may become slippery this evening.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FREDERICK ... WASHINGTON ... CARROLL ... JEFFERSON ... FREDERICK ... BERKELEY ... NORTHERN BALTIMORE ... NORTHWEST HARFORD
