5th Precinct Commander Captain E. Lopez along with Community Service Officer Muhammad and other staff members presented new coats to students at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School and at Hawthorne Avenue School today. Members of the 5th Precinct wish all Newark residents warmth this holiday season.
