UPDATE: On Thursday, December 12, 2019, at approximately 08:20 a.m., deputies from the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office were in the area of Great Valley Parkway and Byron Road in Tracy, California. During an unrelated call for service, deputies located a vehicle (light silver 2009 Toyota Camry license plate #BD362DP) disabled and off the road. During a check of the vehicle, Theoda James Harrison, the reported critical missing person from Wasco from December 9, 2019, was located inside the vehicle. Harrison was evaluated by medical personnel on scene and taken to an area hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

THEODA HARRISON was last seen on 12/07/2019 at approximately 7:00 p.m at his residence in Wasco, California. HARRISON suffers from several medical conditions and may become disoriented. HARRISON is thought to be occupying his light silver 2009 Toyota Camry with California license plate #BD362DP. It is unknown if HARRISON had taken his medication as needed and may be disorientated.
