November 29th

Vandalism – 400 block of Kearney St:
At 8:02 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke the back window to the victim’s vehicle with an unknown object. No entry was made into the vehicle, and no loss was reported.

Vandalism – 7000 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 12:01 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke a window to the business sometime over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Auto Burglary – 225 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 5:46 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke a window to the victim’s vehicle and removed a back containing a laptop computer and personal items.

Warrant Arrest – 11861 San Pablo Ave:
At 8 pm, an officer reports the arrest of a male from Richmond who was a wanted parolee-at-large. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.

Evading a Peace Officer, Driving Under the Influence – 3400 block of Yosemite Ave:
At 10:45 pm, an officer reports the arrest of a 26-year old San Pablo man after he attempted to flee during a traffic enforcement stop. The male was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at the ECPD and released with a citation.

November 30th

Auto Burglary – 10759 San Pablo Ave:
At 5:52 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke the window to the victim’s vehicle and removed a bag.

Stolen Vehicle – 10200 San Pablo Ave:
At 6:51 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect stole a 2006 BW M5 from a car dealership.

December 1st

Tampering with a vehicle – 225 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 8:02 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke the front passenger window to the victim’s vehicle. There was no reported loss.

Auto Burglary – 10264 San Pablo Ave:
At 8:26 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke hatchback window to the victim’s vehicle and stole a backpack containing a laptop and audio equipment.

December 2nd

Auto Burglary – 9895 San Pablo Ave:
At 6:13 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke the rear window to the victim’s vehicle and removed a backpack containing personal items.

Auto Burglary – 11344 San Pablo Ave:
At 8:37 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke the front driver's side and rear windows to the victim’s vehicle and removed a cell phone and clothing.

Auto Burglary – 11382 San Pablo Ave:
At 8:45 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke a window to the victim’s vehicle and removed a bag containing miscellaneous clothing.

Auto Burglary – 10636 San Pablo Ave:
At 8:46 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect broke a window to the victim’s vehicle and removed a cardboard box containing trash.

Driving Under the Influence – 11565 San Pablo Ave:
At 10:12 pm, an officer reports that a concerned citizen called to report that a male was passed out behind the wheel of his car in the parking lot. Officers found the male and ultimately arrested him for driving under the influence after conducting an investigation. The male was booked at the ECPD and released with a citation to a sober relative.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Central Ave/Pierce St:
An officer located an occupied vehicle that was stolen in Berkeley on 11/26/19. The male driver from Berkeley was arrested for operating the stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. The female passenger from Berkeley was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. The male subject was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility, and the female subject was released with a citation.

December 3

Embezzlement – 2000 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 5:23 pm, an officer reports five employees from a business were caught stealing from the store. The employees were placed under citizen’s arrest, identified, interviewed, and then released with citations.

Auto Burglary – 10100 block of San Pablo Ave:
At 6:00 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect shattered a window to the victim’s vehicle and removed a gym bag containing clothing.

DUI – Central Ave/San Mateo St:
At 11:12 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 39-year-old female from Oakland. The female was taken into custody, booked, and then released with a citation to a sober friend.

Residential burglary and stolen vehicle - 1700 block of Julian Ct:
At 1228 am, a Richmond police officer requested an ECPD officer go to a residence and ask the residents if they knew where their car is. An RPD officer had three subjects detained who were loitering around a vehicle. Upon contacting the owner, it was discovered that the vehicle was indeed stolen.
