Help Identify Individuals Who May Have Information on Recent Breaking and Entering 
The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals shown in the attached pictures. These individuals may have information about a Breaking and Entering that occurred at 1233 US 74 Bus Highway in Ellenboro, North Carolina.
Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office have charged Charles Carlos Rutherford with Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and Entering, Larceny of a Firearm, three counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretense, three counts of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, and 3 counts of Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle. Charles Rutherford is in custody at the Rutherford County Detention Center under a $75,000.00 bond.
