A twenty four year old Janesville resident is arrested for 4th Offense Operating while intoxicated. 
On 12/5/19 at 2:02 AM Officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the area of I39 and E. Racine Street. A vehicle that Haley Olsen was operating struck a guardrail on I39. Officers located the vehicle traveling in the area of Palmer Park. Officers stopped Olsen at Mohawk Road and Cree Court.
Upon contacting Olsen, an officer noticed she was disorientated, drowsy, and had slow speech. Olsen displayed impairment during standard field sobriety testing, and was arrested for OWI 4th offense.
Olsen was held at the Rock County Jail on the charge of OWI 4th offense, and a probation violation.
