DATE/TIME: December 4, 2019

INCIDENT: PC 288.4 – Meet Minor for Sexual Acts
PC 288.3 – Communicate with Minor for Lewd Act
PC 288.2 – Send Lewd Pictures to Minor

LOCATION: City of Rancho Cucamonga

SUSPECT: Justin Juda Moshe, 25-years-old, resident of San Diego

SUMMARY:
On Saturday, November 30, 2019, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Station were advised by the parents of a 13-year-old male victim that their son had been communicating with 25-year-old Justin Moshe on various social media applications. Moshe and the victim exchanged numerous sexually explicit messages. During the communication, the victim told Moshe his true age. However, Moshe continued to have sexually explicit conversations with the victim, which included sending the victim sexually explicit photos.

On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, Detectives posed as the victim and continued the communications with Moshe. Moshe continued to have a sexually explicit conversation with the detectives, and ultimately agreed to drive 110 miles from San Diego to Rancho Cucamonga to meet the victim for sex. Moshe wanted to be snuck into the victim’s residence to engage in sexual acts in his bedroom.

Moshe arrived at the agreed upon location where he believed he was going to meet with the victim to engage in sexual acts. Moshe was detained and found to be in possession of sexually related items he was going to use during the encounter with the victim.

Moshe was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention and later posted bail.

Based on the information obtained during the investigation, it is believed that Moshe has met with, and/or communicated with, other underage male subjects in an attempt to engage in sexual acts. Moshe is known to frequent the cities of Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego and Sherman Oaks.

Detectives are releasing the current booking photo of Moshe. If anyone has been victimized by Moshe, or if anyone has information related to this case, they are urged to contact the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department, Detective Division.
