2019 COMMUNITY SURVEY 
Dear Fair Haven Community Members:
On behalf of the Fair Haven Mayor and Council, I wish to both invite and encourage all Borough residents and/or business owners to participate in a very important survey. The survey has been designed to acquire community input on a variety of important topics, including the future development of the Borough and the prioritization of resources.

Our goal is to achieve a very high community response rate, so please encourage your friends and neighbors to complete this worthwhile survey. It should only take approximately ten (10) minutes of your time to complete the survey, which will be available through January, 5, 2020.
Residents who do not have access to a computer, or smartphone, can complete the survey by coming to the Fair Haven Borough Library, during their regular hours.
