* WHERE...In Southeast Georgia, Inland Glynn and Inland Camden Counties. In North Florida, Hamilton, Suwannee, Baker, Inland Duval, Union, Northern Columbia and Southern Columbia Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
