...Snow and a Wintry Mix Impacting Travel into Sunday... .Pockets of light rain and mixed precipitation will continue into late afternoon, becoming heavier into the evening while also transitioning to heavy, wet snow near and north of Interstate 94. Precipitation will change to snow for the remainder of the area later tonight into Sunday morning. In addition, easterly winds gusting in the 30 to 40 mph range could produce some drifting and patchy blowing snow of the snow tonight. Expect impact to holiday travel through the remainder of the holiday weekend. Those with travel plans should closely monitor the latest conditions.
