On November 28, 2019 Thanksgiving Day, Jalen Leverette went to a residence in the city of Forest Park and began arguing with a man.  Moments later, Leverette pulled out a handgun and shot the man in the neck causing his death.

Sheriff Victor Hill has now ordered Leverette places #1 on his top ten most wanted and activated his elite Fugitive Squad to hunt Leverette and bring him to justice.  Leverette pictured below is described as a 22 year old black male, 5”9 in height, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  Leverette should be considered armed and dangerous and if spotted 911 should be dialed immediately.  If anyone has any information as to the whereabouts of Leverette please call 770-477-4479.  The Nixle tip line can also be used for anonymity.
