On November 28, 2019, at 7:43 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received call from a residence in the 200 block of South Third Avenue in Haubstadt, Indiana reporting that there was a disturbance involving neighbors. Upon arriving Sgt. Bruce Vanoven located all parties involved in the disturbance and began an investigation into the incident. At the conclusion of his investigation Sgt. Vanoven placed 46-year-old Danny L. Richie of Haubstadt into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Richie was charged with Trespass, Refusal To Leave. He remains in custody on a $650 bond.

Assisting Sgt. Vanoven in his investigation was Fort Branch Officer Jeff Beck.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
