* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FORT TEJON
