Please be advised that the City of Manchester’s Environmental Protection Division will be performing dye testing in underground pipelines near I-293 Exit 5 November 25^th to 27^th.  Fluorescent green dye may be visible in the Merrimack River during the course of this work.  The dye is non-toxic.  Please direct any inquiries to the city’s Environmental Protection Division at (603) 624-6595.
