NPD have arrested/charged Jill Hamilton with 3 counts of aggravated arson and 1 count of arson from the fire on 1/1. 
Newtown Police arrested and charged Jill Hamilton; Age 36, of 3638 Church Street with three counts of aggravated arson and one count of arson after the joint investigation with Newtown Police, Little Miami Fire and Hamilton County Arson Task Force, found that the 1/1/10 fire had been intentionally set.
Police Chief Tom Synan said three counts of aggravated arson are because of the risk firefighters and neighbors were placed in because of the fire. "Her actions created a substantial risk of serious physical harm to the citizens and firefighters." he said.
